At The Ruvalcaba Insurance & Financial Services Agency, we’re looking for someone with a big smile and a helping hand to be the friendly face of our agency. If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping things running smoothly, and want to be part of a team that truly cares, this could be the perfect fit!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A friendly, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
- Someone who’s organized, reliable, and loves helping others
- Ability to multitask and keep things running smoothly
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
